§ 97-22. Additions.

Secondary additions to mobile homes must be commercially manufactured and installed as if professionally designed and built or must conform to the New York State Fire Prevention and Building Code. For all secondary additions, exterior design and construction shall be compatible with the existing home exterior sheathing and roofing treatment.
