§ 85-7. When effective.

This chapter shall take effect 20 days following the approval of such chapter by a majority of the qualified voters of the Town of Barton voting on this proposition therefor, at the general election held in the Town of Barton, New York, pursuant to the provisions of the Town Law of the state.
