§ 85-2. Definitions.

A.
The words and terms as used in this chapter shall have the same meanings as such words and terms used in Article 9-A of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, unless otherwise provided herein or the context requires a different meaning.

B.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated.

GAMES OF CHANCE

A game of chance as now or hereafter defined in § 186, Subdivisions 3, 3-a and 3-b of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, and shall include merchandise wheels, bell jars and raffles.

TOWN

The Town of Barton.

OFFICER

The Enforcement Officer of the Town of Barton.
